Little Angels Childcare and Learning Centre Story
Little Angels Childcare and Learning Centre is a small, family owned, purpose built early education centre situated amongst trees in a lovely secluded setting. We are convienently located in a quiet residential area, in Half Moon Bay, Auckland, (enroute to the Marina ferry terminal).
Little Angels’ educational programme is carefully planned to meet the needs, different stages of development and levels of ability of each of our children. Our children are encouraged make choices to participate in a range of experiences which reflect their interests and strengths and which cater for their physical, emotional, social needs and development. We aim to teach and encourage our children that learning is fun, through our interest based learning programme. We involve the children in planning, including special activities, walks and outings regularly. We have great child/teacher ratios, enabling us to ensure that your child receives high quality, personalised education and can be developing long term secure and meaningful relationships with their teachers and friends. We have had excellent feedback regarding school readiness of our children.
The unique education setting we have provides children the opportunity to grow up with consistancy and support from teachers who really care about them. We pride ourselves on being recogonised by the Education Review Office as being a quality early education centre where children thrive being with the same teachers and friends, and with their siblings.
We believe that young children learn best in the loving, secure environment that we provide at Little Angels; “Where children learn to spread their wings”.

Our aim at Little Angels is to provide our children with holistic quality care and education in a safe yet challenging environment, being considerate to all cultures and individual needs whilst supporting children, families and teachers
Little Angels is a modern, purpose built centre situated amongst trees in a backyard setting. It is located in Half Moon Bay, Auckland in a quiet residential area. Little Angels is a small, family- orientated centre catering for 22 children each day.
We believe children need to be provided with a warm, loving, secure family environment. Children at Little Angels are encouraged to participate in a range of activities which reflect their interests and strengths and which cater for their physical, emotional, social, and cultural needs and development.
We aim to teach and encourage our children that learning is fun, through our interest based learning programme. Our programme is planned to meets the needs, different stages of development and levels of ability of all our children.

At Little Angels we believe in nurturing and teaching children as a whole. This holistic image of the child is guided by the founding statement of Te Whariki where children grow up healthy in mind, body and spirit.
We view all children as capable and competent individuals and strive to provide an environment where each child is able to reach their full potential. All children deserve our utmost respect therefore we treat every child as a valued member of our community.
